Always great customer service. Wait - there is one thing. I asked for a string then wanted the bum waxed. When it came time to pay I got sticker shock as it was like $70 or more! She charged me one price then added on $29 for the back. Wouldn't you just charge me the price for a buff Brazilian? It would have been cheaper. I'm a loyal customer and come in every 4 weeks. I don't think I should have been charged like that

I was extremely nervous about my first ever Brazilian wax. I called ahead of time to inquire about being plus size if there is any waxer that has more experience with plus sized women or bigger bodies and was quickly told that your studio is an all inclusive atmosphere and everyone works with all bodies and no one would discriminate on a bigger body. As soon as I arrived I felt welcomed and comfortable. Olivia did my wax and she made me feel comfortable and explained everything and talked me through the pain. As soon as we we're finished I rebooked in 4 weeks and will be a regular now.
Buff wax studio was clean, cute, welcoming. I also purchased and intimate cleanser and moisturizer. I have only used the moisturizer so far and it's AMAZING.
