I absolutely adore the technician I had. Always do when I get her, she is knowledgeable and I never have issues with ingrown hairs after seeing her. And she is upbeat and happy. Love her
Wax was really good and efficient both times. The only part ai really dislike is that I cannot choose my technician. waxing is very intimate and naturally clients are going to feel more comfrotable/like the results of one tech over another. So this makes me rethink booking at Buff or might cause me to cancel and rebook repeatedly until An appointment falls with the tech I want.

I had a really great experience at buff wax! The ladies were all very friendly, and the wax that they use leaves my skin feeling very soft, and has minimal redness to it afterwards
