It was my first time, I was nervous and Olivia did an amazing job at reassuring me things would be ok and she did a great job at waxing! Very gentle.

My waxer was amazing! She was quick and efficient, talked me through the pain and made it all a comfortable experience. Plus I never get hair bumps anymore from the products I use from Buff wax. Overall amazing
