• COVID-19 precautions in place, usual high standards for cleanliness, great job done (hairs gone, skin not damaged, ingrown hair out), great customer service (non judgemental approach, gave introduction, bedside convo, comfortable silences, sought feedback, offered follow up contact, didn't linger at desk if there was feedback to offer), and good vibe atmosphere.
