• The staff did everything they could to squeeze me before this current lock down started. Which I totally appreciated and I got to check out the other location in the Southside and the staff member I got was quick and efficient and professional. I wish I remembered her name. She had cute red hair in 2 pigtails

• The ladies are always running on time and personable. The music is always on point. I enjoy that it only takes 15 minutes for a Brazilian, the place I went to before Buff usually took 45 minutes 😬. The only thing is that I have come out with one good looking triangle once, the others have all not been super triangular or even. Which isn't the end of the world at all.
