• The shop is spotless well lit everything is tidy and in order always I like the online booking and paperless billing Best of all you provide a great service to clients Always on time I have never been brought in late for my appt which is awesome I hate appts being late due to other clients being late and I know your policy is if your late then u don't have an appt I think on time is critical for running a business The techs well I have visited at least 6 or 7 All of them have been great Some more chatty than others lol but I truly love the chat experience during the sessions Makes the time fly by I do notice though each girl is a bit different in time spent to do a complete body wax but I am glad to experience the difference in techniques I did really appreciate how Prakruthi used less wax in the nose and did more applications to do the nose than all others which made it less painful than a big tug of a lot of hair at once She had the best technique of all techs She also was rocket speed fast lol I do miss her But I am a loyal customer And will just keep coming Thanks from Dean Nicol If you want further details Or a person willing to be used for training new technicians I would gladly be a participant I could give my feedback during waxing to a trainer and new technician onto what men think of it and what small things seem important to me during a wax As I see each girl has different skills and technique My email is [email protected] Many thanks to buff wax for always a great customer experience
