• I love the fact that Buff Wax is all about waxing and there concentration is solely on doing one thing and doing it well. Just a note...finding telephone snd onsite client employee interaction is not what it was when first started coming to Buff. Welcoming and caring connection very important in service industry.

• Overall I will always recommend buff. Although, I would not see the same technician as my last appointment. She used way more strip wax (and used the same dirty strip with wax and hair a few times - not sure 100% but not common at buff) than usual and my skin was ‘ripped’ and red for days after. My first poor wax but I will always come back...
