• The facility is clean, the girls are very professional. They are personable and quick. It is also budget friendly. The online booking system could be a little more user friendly for booking and cancellations but no concerns from the facility.

• Upon entering the facility the first thing you notice is how well maintained and clean everything is there. Then you are greeted by very friendly staff. The biggest reason I scored this review so high is that as a man going in for a full Brazilian wax the woman who I was put with (Jackie @ Ellerslie location) for my waxing immediately made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely return for all of my waking needs.

• Buff wax has excellent customer service skills and appointment reminders come to customer on text or email. The place is very clean , organized and well Iighted in rooms. The standards for Hygiene when applying wax is there first priority. My Wax expert Geri was excellent to deal with , made me feel at ease and as a man doing this for the first time , I was a tad apprehensive at the beginning , but after a few minutes felt at ease. The staff all are very professional and I left completely satisfied with my services. Geri took the time to ask if there was any things that needed to be touched up and was very accommodating. Two days later and I’m So glad Gave them a try and it was worth every penny. If you want a great experience as a man I highly recommend this place. The attendant told me there boss is one the best owners to work For. To be honest when an owner treats the business and staff like that it means it’s a great place to do business with.
