• First and foremost, The cleanliness, the front desk assistant especially the one from yesterday has the best personality ever. She knows her products, upsells without making you feel pressured. I've seen almost all the technicians, they are all very professional and bring something unique to service they provide. Last but not least, the ambiance is bar none. The owner for sure knows how to deliver a spa experience. I wish the team all the best
