She explained the process at every step and let me know what to expect. From the pre appointment conversations on IG to the post appointment follow up care instructions, I was pleased. My brows are EXACTLY what I wanted. I was so afraid of dramatic, dark brows, but since I'm not made up daily, I wanted a natural brow. She followed my natural brow pattern and I love it. Both Kechia and Teyana are so professional and have great client service. Yes, client not customer because I am now a new client. Thank you both so much.
