From the time I walked in and washed my hands to prepare for the procedure, until I left and washed my hands again, I felt welcomed and in capable hands especially when I looked at Teyana's beautiful brows!!! Scheduling and completing the necessary forms to ensure my safety as well as Teyana's was handled by CEO Kechia with the utmost professionalism and care. The atmosphere of the salon is simply beautiful, professionally cleaned and sanitized to safeguard against COVID-19. Teyana put me at ease by carefully and thoroughly explaining the procedures and showing me the pre-packaged sanitary needle that would be used. Based on the website and customer reviews, I kept coming back to Brows & Co. I made the right choice. My daughter is amazed at how much we really look alike now because Teyana brought back my natural brow line from years of plucking and arching since the 80's. Teyana told me that eyebrows have an importance and they frame the face. I always run from cameras but I walked out looking and feeling beautiful and more confident with my new brows. Unbelievable.
