• I meant to give it a 6. I love the fact that its a black owned, it's clean inside, cute decor. I don't love the lack of personable interaction during the visit. I wasn't greeted at all. I wasn't introduced to my nail tech and honestly she didn't seem to want to be bothered. Also outside the door on the sidewalk was trash which made it lack storefront appeal. For the price and the distance I would have enjoyed a welcome to Brown Sugar my name is...., I am your nail tech today and a clean storefront😊

• My service begin as soon as I arrived. My nail technician Kiaura took her time and did quality work, She was also very friendly and answered all of my questions. The salon is clean, peaceful, and hit awesome music. It was everything I had been waiting for and very worth it!

• Well Gwen was awesome. She was super knowledgeable and made me feel really comfortable with what could be an awkward situation. I loved the experience and professionalism shown by everyone in the salon and will definitely be back!
