• My experience was definitely a 10. Basanti was excellent and I love my lashes. I have had them done before at other places and this was my best experience. I would like to pass on one thing though. My husband had to wait for me and he sat in the reception area for over 30 minutes and no one even acknowledged he was there, not even a "hello" or to ask why he was there. Thank you
