• My brows were shaped very nicely after threading the other day. I did not give a 10 because I feel my esthetician could've improved her customer service by: introducing herself and asking me how I prefer my eyebrows before getting started. I do not know her by name so how can I request her services again? In the past another esthetician just went right into threading and took it too far-- it has taken me lots of effort to come back and build trust.
