• Appt started on time, Jackie was attentive to my skin care needs, and everyone kept their cool and handled a situation where a customer that was late for her appt insisted she still be seen, but didn't want to be labeled as a walk-in. It delayed my checking out, but was happy to let them resolve the issue.
