  • I would recommend the Brow Chica at the SEARS mall because even though they were very busy, they still made sure I was okay and apologized for the wait. I wouldn't recommend the Brow Chica at the South side because they were very rude and told me it would only be a 10 min wait when I waited for an hour with unfriendly customer service, and I felt as though I was being judged at Southside.
