• Alaina is so welcoming and kind during the appointment, and as always, does an amazing job. The only negative about thing is having to stand in line outside the salon to wait to check in. I understand the reason for that protocol, but the process seems slow. I was there on a busy day, but to have just one person working at the front desk and checking people out and in, the wait becomes lengthy. It makes appointments run a few minutes late, but if we were informed of this ahead of time it would be helpful.
