I appreciated every step of the process from the receptionist to the gentleman who washed my hair. Charles especially was so attentive and sensitive to my needs. I did a big chop and was very apprehensive but he talked to me through the cut and advised me on how to make it better. Also, the decor of the salon was inspiring.
