Wonderful greeting by the lovely ladies in the spa. Thorough explanation as to the process to take place, time taken 2 ask any questions For me appropriate communication & friendly welcome are most important. Only reasons I didn't allocate a 10 score was because the Spa is rather awkward to get to & my tan colour turned a little more Orange after I showered, rather than a brown tan that I wanted. However, I'm sure a different Tan mixture may resolve this issue.
