• I was delighted to have been offered a place on a coaching course, having been in the waiting list since the beginning of the year, as believe that doesn’t always happen. However I had started a coaching group just the week previously, so want to try that for a while. But if it doesn’t work out, I will come back to rejoin waiting list. Thank you

• Never had a disappointing experience at BTC, and have been going since it opened. Their coaches go the extra mile (at one point, was bringing an adult with special needs)... when there's been an issue (problem with booking) it's been sorted... and their coaches are of a consistently high quality.
