• The atmosphere was very congenial and Brittany excelled at listening to what I wanted (and my reasons for wanting it). She continued to be responsive to what I wanted in the cut throughout the entire process and explained things clearly. She was so easy to talk to, and also very wise! Felicia was wonderful too!
