• You were instantly welcomed and they truly cared! I have a lot of hair and they spent the time to do what I wanted and didn't just try to get me in and out as fast as they could. I was a priority. My hair feels great and looks amazing!

• Brittany and team always make me feel so welcome and cared for. They offer tea, coffee, water upon arrival, often give hugs. Brittany does an amazing job with my hair and always takes care of me if I have any issues with my extensions (I had a missed row during tightening a few weeks prior to my visit this week and she re-tightened all and didn't charge me). If she's ordering food she always offers to get me something as well. Just really exceptional and lovely. Thank you so much.
