• ~Friendly and inviting staff. When a traffic accident delayed me 15minutes, staff sympathized and adjusted appt time for me. ~Timely and informative. Karen took time to explain all products and procedures and answered all additional questions I had on my own or she asked of me. ~professional and skilled. From start, Karen greeted me, showed me facility leading to appt room were She delivered a gentle and complete procedure. I have NOT received results from BOTOX-blend procedure but I hope I will obtain results Karen stated. She said allow for 14 days for full effects and return if needed. That's the professional confidence and client assurance everyone should experience.
