• The initial steps of making the appointment and then asking how to pay the $50 required to reserve the appointment where the most horrible experience I've ever had. It was confusing. It even seemed like a scam and someone was texting me at 6:52 a.m. the day of the appointment after I had asked how I could make the $50 deposit the day before. But Nessa, the caring person who administered the treatment made up for all of that. It's the first time my face has never bruised. She has a very caring way about her. She's great with people. You all are lucky to have her!
