• First facial ever ! I love it! Destiny was wonderful & explained my skin concerns well & the skincare process. I feel the only improvement would be to explain the products offered while in the treatment room with her , instead of at the front counter. It was soon very busy there at 'checkout' with customers coming & goin & I couldnt choose which products to buy , frm Destiny's recommended array & eventually just decided to not purchase any of them at that time, because it was so busy, loud, & the desk staff changed 2 or 3 times within a few mins, as groups of customers & their families came in right behind where I was at the check out counter.
