• It was my first visit and I was not given a new patient consult and I started my treatment around 5:20 or so after arriving at 5:15 to check in and fill out paperwork. Also it was not a f45 minutes hydrafacial that I paid for. I probably started like 5:25 and then was down at 5:55. I'm a little disappointed at that because I paid for 45 min. I did like the nurse who did it but I should have gotten what I paid for.

• The staff were so friendly, professional and made me feel at ease. It was a relaxing experience. The skin mapping before was fascinating. As I live in the Bahamas, I am not able to get back for the 2 week check and feel that I didn't have enough dysport so the visit would have been useful. Thank you
