• I am so happy with my experience at Brickell! As you know finding the right person to work on your face is of vital importance. No one wants to come out botched. I am pleased for the following reasons below: - the facility is very clean and all of the staff is great: very welcoming environment and culture! - the way everyone operates is of utmost efficiency! - I love how the doctor listened to all my needs, concerns, and was very patient with me - I loved how the doctor willingly offered a follow up appointment to confirm no additional needs or concerns were left behind – I did come back because I wanted more injections and the doctor was very nice about it - I also really loved the girl that assists the doctor ! I forgot her name because it's very unique but she's the sweetest ever!! She has a butterfly on her arm that's pink/red. She really made my day both times with her radiating genuine energy and smile ! - I also like that they send a courtesy text reminding me of my needed follow up in 3-4 months. That's really nice ! Thank you ladies for your amazing customer service
