As soon as class begins we get right into it, the instructor does a perfect job of explaining how to perform the exercise correctly, as the lesson goes on they come up and motivate you to keep on going, they push you to perform at your highest, as the lesson goes on the intensity increases, until finally the next thing you know your lessons done, and your shirts drenched in sweat, and your sore, however you feel good
