Very organized, very nicely run, owner was warm and inviting and knowledgeable without being pushy, workout was great. Would've liked a little more warm up and definitely a cool down stretch. Overall, just a really great place to workout.

Awesome workout that was fun, challenging, and competitive with others and yourself. Great coach who was continuously monitoring everyone to ensure workouts were done with correct form and motivating everyone to push themselves. Friendly staff and very clean facility.
