  • Bria Method is more than a gym. It's a community of positive, motivated, nonjudgmental people. The HIIT classes are better than any I have ever tried in the area and online. They build your strength, endurance, stamina, and confidence. If you need a day off from HIIT or want to double up on classes the dance, yoga, and barre classes are also incredible. All of the trainers/instructors are knowledgeable at what they are doing and do an amazing job at motivating every single person regardless of fitness level. They give everyone extra attention and make sure you're doing things correctly and safely. They also push you to do more if you're willing and capable. They get to know each and every person's fitness level and personality and take the time to provide feedback on how you're doing. Each trainer chooses playlists that are motivating and pick songs that line up with what the class is doing. They're open and honest which shows their confidence in what they are doing. Each class is scheduled in a meticulous way to work on every body part while giving you the correct amount of rest. You're not running hard every day or lifting heavy every day. The classes are laid out in a way that you can go every day of the week if you wanted to without injury. There are less or no hip and knee injuries because of the cardio changes each day unlike some other HIIT classes I have tried. The facility is so clean at all times in the HIIT and LIT rooms as well as the bathrooms and lounge areas. Tony offers recovery equipment for people to use as needed.
