  • I took my first Bria method class almost a year ago and knew right away this is where I needed to be especially after just having a baby a few months prior. Bria method group fitness classes focus on true strength training which we all need. The trainers push and motivate you to pick up heavy weights while doing the exercises correctly with the right form to avoid injury. Any other group fitness class I’ve done didn’t have that attention to detail and the workout was based around cardio. Bria method is a healthy balance of both. Tony and the trainers truly care and push you to be better, stronger every class. Highly reccomend bria method no matter what age/type of shape your in..you won’t regret it! Best decision I made for myself.
