The gym is very clean but inviting. I only had a chance to take the Dance-fit class. I was given a brief tour and was able to see the other studio and can't wait to go back and try one of the hiit classes.

The classes are always so challenging: but my favorite thing is that the coaches are always bringing their A game in each and every time. Both Tony and Justin always have a ton of energy and they push you to your very best and they even become your own personal hype man for yourself. They care and root for everyone to be the best version of themselves.
