They’ve clearly designed a program that not only targets overall body sculpting but also focuses on a balanced, full-body workout. The music they play is motivating, dim lighting and each 1-hour session is thoughtfully planned to ensure no muscle group is neglected while avoiding overtraining any particular area. Designed to get you out of any negative head space. When I first started, I was at ground zero – lacking core strength and with what I’d describe as "mushy muscle."
