The classes were at my desired experience level. It was my first warm class, which was a lot of fun. Both instructors did a great job cuing and working with the class. It was also my first energy class and not knowing what to expect I was pleasantly surprised.
Great class and teacher/front office were very welcoming. Clean aesthetic
