Based on my last visit only, Laura moves us through a wonderful series of poses and has such a kind energy. I always leave her class feeling relaxed and renewed. Based in the studio itself, the energy is lovely. The space is clean and inviting. And all the instructors have been welcoming, informative, and kind.
Studio space is beautiful. Instructors are supportive, encouraging, attentive & genuinely committed to the yoga practice. Offers most every level & style of class.
