Instructors are knowledgeable and supportive of practice, classes are provided at convenient times, multiple types of classes offered, warm and inviting yoga space and small class sizes are what makes Breathe Yoga KC a great place to practice yoga.

Yoga Basics is great for all levels! The use of props is great and the teacher is fantastic!
