  • My experience at the lower back seminar was amazing. Julie has such a wonderful way of explaining every position and how it benefits the body. My back has been hurting for months, which is why I attended the seminar. When it was over, my entire body felt loose and expanded and the pain lessened. I am trying to apply the things I learned there at home in my efforts to heal.
