Gil is fantastic and I don’t get to his classes as often as I would like
Good variety of classes every day, including Saturday and Sunday. Friendly staff. Clean. Adequate parking. Reasonable pricing. Senior discount helpful.
I hadn't been to a flow class in almost 3 weeks. Gil's class was exactly what I needed- good challenge, got me back into my body and got me sweatin' which is exactly what I needed.
