• Because the whole experience was amazing. Including the consumer service. She was SUPER knowledgeable, SUPER nice and had NO issue answering questions for a first timer like me. The sauna was amazing, everything was clean and smelled amazing. I can't wait to go back for more and to try the salt rooms. But next time im bringing my wife! Amazing experience
