• Your staff is always so nice and accommodating. I always enjoy my visits. Today was exceptional, the young lady was amazing with her patience and kindness( she was also who helped me yesterday when I was there too)

• Staff is always kind. Clean rooms. Yummy tea. Only complaint would be it's hard to hear the music when the red light is on and there is no way to let staff know to turn it up a tick. I love it there!
