The environment was very pleasant. The instructor (I believe her name is Wendy) was the best pilates teacher I have had. She was engaged the entire class and focused on individuals form. She had a great personality, very personable, and made the class enjoyable; her interacting the entire class helped distract me from hard exercises. And she used each students name when talking to them.
