Breathe, and the girls that teach there, is exactly what I need for my physical and mental health! Their expertise, kindness and knowledge of each person’s physical abilities is above and beyond! I leave each session or class physically tested but emotionally recharged! Love Breathe- will be a lifetime participant for sure!

I enjoy all the teachers and the classes. They give individual corrections and directions so we can use the proper technique and flex the right muscles for the particular exercise. Everyone is positive and helpful, and the atmosphere is upbeat.
