This was a very relaxing environment. The staff was very welcoming and pleasant.
Vibe, location, quality
I have tried other studios in the past that did things that made me very uncomfortable (such as a group hug at the end of class or beating ourselves up to release the toxins) I love Sharon H's class. She gears it to the group and mixes it up a little from class to class. She never makes anyone feel inadequate
I absolutely loved it! I was so relaxed when I left it was awesome!! I went last night and I still feel so relaxed with my mind and my anxiety.
