I love the easy going nature of the teachers and the comfortable space of the studio
I gave you a 9 bc I really enjoy the classes but sometimes they get a bit crowded it's all good
The instructor was excellent, she described every movement and why we were doing it/how to do it. My back was hurting before I came, I felt so much better when I left
