My son (7 years old) took his first yoga class last night with Taylor. This boy came out of that class so happy and excited!! Said he LOVED it!!! Told me that he wants to take that class every single day! Even woke up this morning asking if I checked if there is a class today. Seeing him so excited about it makes it a 10++++
I felt very welcomed. Also Mindy was an excellent instructor. She is so down to earth, assists all her students, and describes what each classes intention is about in detail. I also love that she leads the class with a meditation. I will be attending her class next Tuesday.
