I left feeling great both physically and mentally!
Loved the instructor. Her directions were easy to follow and she walked around and helped when a position was not quite right. She also realize no one has been to a live class in over 3 months and didn't make the class too difficult. I really enjoyed her class.
Because you guys rock!
Great outdoor experience. Was thrilled to be back in class setting.
