Excellent class n excellent instructor, even though was very very challenging for me.. she did great job giuding me without msking it obvious.. now I know what I want to work.towards.. plus felt welcome..
I love that this is a true yoga studio that offers various types of yoga. The instructor was fantastic and I left feeling relaxed and energized.
