I was relaxed and the instuctors were knowledgeable
I love it here. It makes me feel at peace and relaxed.
As a physical arts teacher I am interested in attending other teacher’s classes ( I teach yoga Tai chi and Qigong ) the class I took was relaxing informative and somewhat challenging. The room and music added to the experience. The instructor led the class in a professional manner.
