I really appreciated the integration of mindfulness topics, meditation into the practice.
The instructor was very good and very helpful throughout the class. The studio is very inviting and clean.
Every class I have taken at breathe and flow has been amazing. All so soothing and rejuvenating. When you take a class requiring hard work they bring it ! They have accommodated my needs in every aspect so far. They are warm and inclusive. Just a really fabulous place to be.
Marley's restorative class was beautiful. I brought my 11 year old daughter and she loved it too!
