• Sarah , at the front desk, was extremely helpful for my first wax at this location. She greeted me warmly already knowing my name from reservation, answered all of my questions, and moved me to the back promptly. Karita, my waxer, was very thorough with my wax , including using tweezers for stubborn hairs and adjusted the wax temperature as I was heat sensitive. She continued to make sure I was comfortable and satisfied with my wax.
